Murasaki Manifestation- Elara's magical essence manifest itself as a Special Flame known as Murasaki.This flame is ten times hotter and Burns much faster than normal Flames because of its Magical foundation. She can freely manipulate this Flame. It carries the unique ability to cast illusions on the victim.Her flames can burn up Chakra and other branches of it.(Chakra/branches )

Murasaki fang- Using her Murasaki she fires Fang shaped fireballs that carry the same abilities of the flame save they are detonated.

Murasaki Paw!- Manipulating the Murasaki flames Elara create a pair of large Panther Paws that act as flaming arm like appendages she can. grab,hold,toss and lift objects with this flame. Claws can be extended and retracted at will.

Murasaki Tail!-Creates a long thin or thick whip from the Murasaki flames. Having the same abilities of the paws but have lightning like strike speed.

Tears of Mura- A recent power that Elara has recently unlocked. By gathering her magic into a mass of Dark violet flames she is able to release a large flurry of fang shaped Flames that detonate on contact causing vast small focused explosions of the Murasaki flames.

Mura shield- Elara gathers a mass of flames that by solidifying them forms into a shield with the face of a Raging panther. This shield is very durable and can be reinforced and repaired by infusing it with more magic.

Familiar Magic

Being that Elara is A Panther Witch she Has Complete and Total Dominion over The Panthera species(Leopards,Jaguars etc) Each of her Familiars Has a unique ability but as of now she only Has one Set Familiar that she Would readily use.When used in conjunction with her Mantra her familiars powers are greatly increased. This works for all her magic

Passive Traits

Primal Sensory-After successfully awakening and taming her inner Beast Elara has awakened her primal senses gaining the sensory abilities of A Panther.

Eyes of Mura- Passively her basic senses of Of sight is improved. But when channeling her Magic to her eyes her vision in greatly enhanced allowing her to see Chakra and tell it apartment from its various transformations.

Mura whiskers- Aside from the passive boost of smell she has Gaines Elara by channeling her magic to her nose can create a series of thin ethereal whiskers that allow her to smell and detect Chakra. Each nature has a different smell that Elara can lock onto for extended periods of time.

Skin of Mura- Elara sense of Touch has also been given a boost. By evenly channeling her magic throughout her body Elara can do two things. One Elara can create a Fur like coating of her flames that is HIGHLY resistant to fire and ice attacks. The second thing is When Elara's body make contact with a person she is able to read people. Via their body or their Chakra(Magic,soul energy,etc)

Cat like reflexes- With her new slightly feline appearance Elara has gained the reflexes of a cat. She has become extremely nimble and flexible. She is able to slightly adjust her skeletal structure allowing her to slip through caged and bar like constructs

Magical concealment-Using her primal nature Elara can almost perfectly conceal her presence. Her concealment is is not to be underestimated as it would take a seasoned sensory ninja to detect her.

Witch Abilities

Transformation: A relatively simple magical ability, that allows the user to alter their form between both human and a specific animal shape, relating directly (AND ONLY) to the witch's respective magic theme. The process is usually accompanied by a distinctive cloud of smoke, no matter what the resulting body is. While in a transformed state, a witch tends to share the traits of the animal they can transform into, while still retaining the ability to speak. Elara's Transformation Consist of Manifesting herself into her Panther Form. Her Paws and Eyes are lite with her Purple flames.

Mantra (Locked): A technique that only requires resonance with oneself. She will focus her magic throughout her body and have it flow to and from her own soul to amplify itself to be used as she pleases. The Mantra is what the Witches call it, which is what they use to power up their magic by chanting words in relation to their animal theme. Elar's Mantra Allows her to awaken her Latent powers as a Star mate and fully use the bound powers of Muraski within her. Her Body becomes a Dark black mimicking the Night Sky Whilst her Eyes,Mouth,And hair become become a Vibrant and Bright Pink/Violet Color. IN this form she is able to Produce extremely Powerful and Potent Flames and magic who's Temperatures reach incredible lengths. Also her Ability to cause illusion with her flames becomes active as well. The Incantation for her Mantra Is "Panther Panthera Pantarus.)

I'm curious on how one would measure magic as a form of energy? I get the sense that if one chooses to use magic, they have a greater chance to be classified as a genin with the true power of a jounin. Dente, could you inform me or maybe direct me to the rules on magic users and their limits and boundaries?

It explains how Ki and Chi work, right? But for a more descriptive comparison, think of it as it being related to Ki Chakra. As a Genin, spells/jutsu are generally weak and depending on the strength of the move, will usually tire out a person faster based upon continuous usage of said spell. Chi Chakra is no different. Elara can have a lot of damaging spells, but she would be taking significant hits to her Chakra pool altogether, and will likely tire herself out faster. Say she has a lot of weak hitting spells, then her chakra draw is less, but she won't be able to hit as hard. The limits and boundaries are the same as a shinobi using their jutsu.
