Ranking exams shouldn't be battle only. Battling can be a part of it, but there should be other things that go along with it. Ranking up is not about strength, it's more about leadership and OOC, how well you rp.

Genin-Chuunin- Complete 4 D-rank missions. (+1200 Cr)
Genin-Spl. Jonin- Read Above. Additionally, complete 2 C-Rank Missions. (+2500 Cr)
Chunin-Spl. Jonin-Complete 4 C-rank missions. (+2500 Cr)
Chunin-Jonin- Read Above. Additionally, complete 1 B-Rank Mission and 1 A-Rank Mission Solo. (+4000 Cr)
Spl.Jonin-Jonin- Complete 3 B-Rank Missions and 2 A-Rank Mission. (+4000 Cr)
ANBU-Receive Special Training. Permission from ANBU leader.
