×- T'was a sunny day atop the Formidable Bridge at this time, there was one cloud in the sky which seemed to grow ever darker as each minute passed. It smokey consistency growing into a black murky color before it struck the head of the ground before the bridge exit with a massive bolt of pure, condensed lightning.

A figure with a long robe on manifested itself before the lightning had a chance to disappear into the flowing winds. Sevyn Tyn, The Lightning Shadow in the flesh, stepped an inch closer to the bridge. He wore an ominous expression as of now, as he was in dire stress. -×

" ... My, my... What a tiresome workout. Hopefully, Kiddo will be willing to help me out on some things... "

×- Kiddo, a girl in which Sevyn was trusting with the little trust he did have left. It wasn't like him to do this, seriously. But, leave it to him to say that he saw something inside of her which persuaded him to do so.

Sevyn snatched his hand from his pocket and took a glance at his digital watch... He was waiting for her to show. -×

As many these days had come to do. Trust in a woman who had sworn her life to vengeance and blood, but in the same breath had chosen to bring her people to a mindset and frame of peace and protection. She did not appear in a spectacular display of power and ability. She was a simple woman and simply had come through the call of her friend Sevyn. She trekked the murky bridge, black clouds and subtle whispers of passing gales. Her hair was above else the most obvious sign that she was near, for even in the most perrinal of blacks the sutle yet hyper cnddsed glow fo ther crmson tips peirced the foulest of putrid darknesses. She sword laid upon her right side clapse din it's shethe. Her eyes soft yet carrigin the regal ferocity of a woman who knew her way around a battle field would examine the area and quickly pick up on The Gran Maestro's location. She approached Her beloved guards Rin and Koe forever by her side. Their very beings were shrouded in mystery. Not because she needed their existence but because they bore a love so great they would rather sully their own hands in blood rather than their own.

Rin, Koe you are dismissed this man is friend not foe.

They looked at each other then back to her and the nodded and vanished with the next coming wind. Her facial expression showed little interest in this meeting, but it was a necessary evil.

×- Sevyn reluctantly heaved a huge sigh... He needed Kiddo to portray herself in a badass manner. And she came in as soft as a butterfly.

There was a shift in Sevyn's behavior as he turned to meet Kiddo's gaze. It wasn't an intense glare, but, it was one that showed that he meant business. This wasn't the way she portrayed herself when they first met, so why was she acting like a complete pushover? -×

"Uhh... I need a favor... A favor which may go up against any morals that you've had, will have, or will ever have in you whole life...

I need you to get us some prospects, legally or illegally... I don't care how you get it done, just get it done... understood?"

×- Sevyn turned his back to Kiddo and stared into the distance. He somehow hoped that Kiddo could understand their position. This village held no inhabitants, and though he hadnt merged the small, surrounding villages, yet, (No relation to the regions at all...) He needed Genin to put all of his small worries and shit on. He needed followers who would carry on his vision should he ever come face to face with death... -×

One thing that Sevyn should have known about Kiddo by now was that she didn't have to flaunt her power around for people to respect and know that she could fuck some shit up. Her eyes, the blazing ferocity that spiraled within them always spoke for her. Never had a word been uttered between them that she professed to him of being a bad bitch. Her action always proved her points, that and her undying and indomitable will. But the moment he went about barking orders at her was the moment he'd see that flare of a woman who didn't take well to being ordered around...she was deff not a push over...

Seyvn I think your forgetting just who and the hell your talking to. You don't give orders to me nor do I follow your commands. Know and remember that fact, or have our years together put you in a complacent enough place to where you feel that you are higher?

Just a slight burn just to remind him of the flare that she posses, he might have done this intentional to get her blood flowing just a bit, but nonetheless he knew she valued respect.

But this being asked as a favor I can let it go this once.

×- Sevyn turned around, his cape-like vest trailing in his actions. He looked to the ground with respect of Kiddo. A wry smile curled in his lips.

He walked forth, taking his hands from his pockets with abrupt urgency. What he held inside of it, was a note. There were words upon it written in crimson red... Was it, blood? -×

" I need you to make copies of this letter, and give them to each member you recruit... travel to each and every village which harbors our region and deliver a copy of that letter... would you be so kind, I've got no one to count on but you, kiddo... "

She heaved a heavy sigh. The days had been getting to her she had to admit. SHe had felt a shift in the timeline more than twice and knew it to be Kyo's work. That put her on edge greatly, almost to the point where she would leave the village behind to pursue her own ventures. It wasnt's that she had forgotten thier friendship, nor his gift of making her a Kage. It was that that vehemence within her was surfacing and he caught some unfortunate heat from it through her words...

Yeah you don't have to remind me, forgive me for being such as bitch, but the last few weeeks have not been exactly enjoyable for me...

She would walk towards him standing closely by his side. He ahd pulled out a note, it was littered in crimson writing, the likes of which micied the look of blood. She wondered what it was.

×- Sevyn stepped ever closer to Kiddo, a smile growing in a desperate attempt of calming her. His hand lifted to caress her hot, soft face with tender care. -×

" Maybe I can take you out to eat or something. We gotta make some casual time  to counteract all of this work we have to do, you know? "

×- He soon gave Kiddo the letter, a stern look overtaking his face now. There was so much to do, and each Kiddo and Sevyn had parts to play to keep their image thriving.

There was little time, as one-by-one, people were graduating from academies all around their region. Knowing this, made Sevyn's heart jump towards the skies with happiness. It was only the beginning.

A light pulse of pure lightning broke out from Sevyn's soul, spreading infinitely over the lands in a washing motion. It would too, attach onto Kiddo, giving her a sense of care and love. This pulse, would continue to illuminate and purify the areas in a calm protective manner. It was a bonding process. -×

" ... It gives them a chance to be free... A chance to act as only they can act, do as they want to do, within it correct rights. The message speaks of... Freedom. "

His hands were soft, his touch reassuring, the vehement beast of the flame would be seen looking to him with a look that harbored allot less anger and frustration. He had been a means to keeping her flare under wraps for these years they had been friends. Not many were capable of that... She placed her hand upon his, rubbing it slightly before taking the letter from him. The pulse of illustrious lightning poured his true emotions in even further. It was calming, a soothing iridescent motion of energy and emotion that she welcomed. but she felt herself becoming to vulnerable now...to complacent. She could not open up even now, even after all he had done.

Freedom? the word itself is glorious but the journey is scandalous and painful, but this might be what these louts need in order to get to where they want to be. Seyvn..I thank you for everything you've done and have been trying to do. I will see to it that your efforts and trust were not misplaced...

That was her way of letting him down easy, she respected everything that he did and all that he was pushing for. But she had to walk away, emotions often clouded the judgement of a warrior and even more so because despite how she might have come off as a super strong individual

In truth Kiddo was an emotional wreck...

it was going to take allot more but at the end of the day she greatly respected Sevyn for his strength...and his heart.

I am ready to head out...anything else you need to say or convey before I leave?

She came off a bit harsh, but that was the way she had always been, she had always kept her emotions bottled in, and they weren't coming out until she had Kyo severed head within the palm of her hand, but at the same time her heart yearned for the calmness that sevyn brought about.But now simply wasn't the time...that much she was certain. She had the mind of a killer not a lover, that part of her had died, all that remained now was her mission and her job, both she would carry out to the best of her ability...t was that way she had always been...

×- His hand grazed the letter with a gentle touch before his hand lowered and his body rotated, his back giving Kiddo more attention than needed.

The winds were casting his cape in wild notions; Getting a feel of its essence as he stood, body unwavered. His expression was tense, baring the fact and truth of the letter's content. He found himself wondering whether he was giving the recipients too much lead way to do whatever it was that they saw fit.

He shook his head briskly. He had made up his mind, whatever acts which seemed to destroy his system would be dealt with. By any means necessary... -×

" It's a stretch, I know. But, in order to implement any corrections to the system, we first have to snuff out any problems which will more than likely come to pass. It is our duty to enforce and carry out orders and laws. "
