Rare Finding Part 1 continued

When the man appeared, Gemini expected one of the others to speak up first for whatever reason they were there. However, Gintama's gaze lingered on her, letting her know he was letting her go first. She gave a small appreciative nod before speaking to Relius.

"Hello sir, my name is Gemini." She began. "I was currently wishing to speak to the King and Queen in regards to information on cultist groups within Mylania and Vale that specialize in human sacrifice." Her words were neutral but a hint of cold anger was behind them.

Nia moved to stand next to Gin as Gemini spoke to the large man known as Relius. She moved in front of him and leaned her body back into his own, prompting him to wrap his arms around her to keep her from sliding to the ground. Other than that, she would remain silent and partially observe the scene. Another part of her was actually spreading out her senses far from the castle. She could feel a disturbance going on somewhere near her sister. But even more peculiar was the fact that there was another, slightly more powerful energy that felt eerily like their own. The most confusing part was that there was an extremely powerful power that felt like Marcy and Gin. Nia's brow furrowed and she wondered exactly what in the hell was going on by her sister and where was she. She was worried about her and wanted to go help, but knew there was no chance she would be able to reach her in time in case something bad WAS going to happen.

Gin was a bit startled as Nia suddenly fell into his chest but wrapped his arms around her immediately. He held a confused look but noticed she was deep in thought anyway. She was comfortable around them which brought a smirk to his face. He would turn his attention back towards Relius and Gemini and rose an eyebrow on the girls request. What did she want with cultist who specialized in human sacrifice? That was quite odd.

Apparently Relius would think so to as he took on a stern visage at Gemini's question. "I'm sure there are plenty of other more knowledgeable people to ask about such a thing within Esperanza other than the Queen or King. And if you wouldn't mind me asking, for what purpose do you wish to know of such uncouth people?"

-Marcelle's attention towards all of the castle's grand architecture was replaced by her sudden curiosity, towards Gemini's question. She inquired about sacrifices and a cult that specializes in them. For some reason, the young vampire girl grew a bit anxious and she started to nibble at her lip. Marcelle knew all about human sacrifices, thanks to her time spent in Dracula's Castle and Transylvania as a whole. Human sacrifices, when done by cultists, usually meant they were calling out to some demonic god of sorts. Many people always sacrificed to her father. It was a grisly and horrid act in her eyes.

Nonetheless, Marcy held her tongue and straightened her face. She was curious to know more about the topic, despite the fact it put a bad taste in her mouth and a bad image in her mind. She didn't forget the mission they were currently on, though.-

Gemini didn't frown, instead, letting her natural glare form upon her face. Her face lost all forms of mirth and she looked Relius in the eye. "My memories are fragmented and from what I learned while on Roku Island, I was most likely used in a sacrifice. The sacrifice failed, apparently, but I want to find out who would do such a thing. Call it revenge if you'd like. But if I am able to find and stop the people who did this to me, I can also prevent this from happening to anyone else."

She held Relius' gaze, not one bit afraid of what he would say. She would get her answers whether it be from him or someone else.

As Gin held Nia he was surprised to hear about what had happened to Gemini and ended up squeezing her a bit in slight anger. He had thoughts along the same line as Marcy, thinking that Gemini had most likely been a ritualistic sacrifice to some god or being held in such regards.

Relius, on the other hand, stared into the girls eyes for a moment to judge if what she was saying was true. He could easily see she had no reason to lie and the dullness of her gaze told him everything he needed to know. He sighed and pulled out a small scroll. Unraveling it, he placed a hand onto it and the scroll began to glow with chakra for a brief moment. Once the glow faded, Relius handed the scroll to Gemini.

"Take this scroll to the docks in Mylania Harbor. Speak with the man known as Emerald and show him this. He will be able to help you from there. I hope you find what you're looking for, and that it leads to happiness and not more sorrow."

Once Gemini was gone, Relius would turn his attention to the remaining three patrons. His jovial mood seemed to be gone but he kept an air of professionalism. "What is it that I can do for you three?"

"We're here in regards to the Rare Finding mission from the Guild Hall."

"Hm, some good news I suppose." Relius said tiredly.

Gintama handed the documents to Relius whom opened them and looked them over briefly and swiftly. His brow furrowed and he folded the document before knocking on the war room door. A few seconds later and the door opened to reveal a small man with mousy brown hair.

"Theodore, are you able to translate this document?" Relius handed the man the papers. The man eyed the group before him with a curious gaze before shifting his attention the papers before him. He adjusted his glasses before peering over the papers for just a bit longer than Relius did. The man rose an eyebrow in confusion before scrunching his forehead in annoyance.

"What is this? I can't decipher this dialect at all!" The man said in astonishment. Relius nodded.

"I was afraid of that." He faced the trio. "This is Theodore Rose Yvelt. He is our top scholar here in Esperanza. I'm afraid that you all may have wasted a trip here. But do not worry, you all will still be compensated as this mission being a success."

Theodore pushed his glasses up on his face again. "Not so likely Sir Marvello. Do you remember...her?" He stressed the word her, obviously meaning someone they didn't want to mention. Relius glared hard at Theodore.

"What about her?" He asked with a hint of annoyance.

"Well...she was banned from the castle, but she wasn't banned from the city sir. People have seen her around the Tavern in town. Maybe she can decipher this."

"So even after all these years she is still the most capable." Relius folded his arms and began to ponder something. "Fine. If she is our only hope, I would hate to have sent this young ones on a wild goose chase."

Relius faces the trio again, handing the document back to Gintama. "If you three are willing to help some more, I will issue this as another D-Rank mission. Please take this document to the Tavern in town and find a woman named Estella. I cannot tell you what she will look like as she is an adept shape shifter. Return here with what you find and you will be rewarded accordingly."

Gintama nodded to Relius. They had taken the mission for the money and if it lead into another simple mission, why refuse? "Are you up for it imouto? Nia?"

-Marcelle paid close attention to each and every word exchanged between Gemini and Relius. Though, their conversation soon ended, when the man finally relented and handed the woman the information she needed. The vampire princess watched as the stoic girl exited the castle and continued on with her journey. In regards to their own, Marcelle, Nia, and Gintama each had to continue theirs as well and couldn't be wrapped up in someone else's for the time being.

Marcy watched the exchange between her brother, Relius, and the man known as Theodore. Apparently, whatever documents they had procured from the Librarium, couldn't be read by the top scholar, Theodore. Theo and Relius went back and forth, before they eventually mentioned something about a woman. Marcelle's ears moved each time something of interest was said, yet her face remained as straight and proper as ever.

Eventually, Relius decided to rely on their help in finding a woman by the name of Estella. Marcelle let out a small breath and held herself straight up. She waited before she was addressed by her brother, to break her silence and respond to him.-

"Let us make haste in that case. Thank you Mr. Marvello, Mr. Yvelt"

-She said sweetly and curtsied to the two of them, before she turned her back and headed out the castle to leave.-
